The Dutch Resistance Museum is situated in the Plantage district, a developing ‘museum district’ near the Jewish Museum, the National Holocaust Museum, the Maritime Museum, the Netherlands’ largest science center Nemo and the ethnographic Tropenmuseum.

How to get there
The Dutch Resistance Museum is located at Plantage Kerklaan 61, diagonally across the main entrance to Artis Zoo. The museum is easily accessible by public transport.
Tram
The museum is only a short tram ride away from Amsterdam Central Station. Take Tram 14 to stop at “Artis” and then walk here, see map >
Subway
The museum is reachable through metro lines 51, 53 and 54. Stop at “Waterlooplein”, take the exit “Artis” and from there it is only a short walking distance, see map >Bus

The Artis parking lot is accessible to coaches with a waiver. This dispensation includes primary school pupils, the elderly and people with disabilities.
Groups not eligible for an exemption can stop at the Scheepvaartmuseum (Kattenburgerstraat 1) and the Portuguese Synagogue (Weesperstraat 63).
The Resistance Museum is also accessible by the Cultuurferry.
This hop-on hop-off ferry travels through the cultural heart of Amsterdam, stopping at Entrepotdok, which is very close to the museum.
